KASTA MORRELY is a human rights defense organization by promoting skills and qualifications necessary     for the development of a democratic society.
KASTA MORRELY NGO MISSION is to promote European values of democracy and civilization through programs and projects of interest to the community. Kasta Morrely develops its cultural-educational human rights defense activity at regional, national and international level with 100% voluntary participation, having own offices in branches from Spain (Madrid) and Moldova (Chisinau).
For international activity and recognized contribution to the development of European culture and human rights defense Kasta Morrely became a member of European Parliament Agora in 2008, partner of global networks FLARE (International Network for fighting against organized crime) and LIBERAGlobal Human Rights Defence, founder member of European Coalition of Youth Involved (Involved Youth Coalition) etc.

To be able to fulfill the mission for which was established Kasta Morrely Board consists of qualified specialists in many European occupations such as: quality auditor, professional competence evaluator, project manager, trainer of trainers, socio-educational animator, model, event organizer, master of ceremonies, fashion designer, dance instructor, university teacher, engineers etc. and enjoys collaborating with local, national and international representative organizations and institutions.
 
As a cultural organization of human rights defense Kasta Morrely NGO has been remarked internationally as an expert in the fight against modern traffic in human beings(which takes place under cover of modeling and events agencies) by legalizing top occupations used by traffickers as a front to recruit young people.
To anticipate and combat the modern traffic in human beings, Kasta Morrey conceived and legalized two national occupational standards of top contemporary society professions and wrote the first specialized textbooks for Events organizer, Master of ceremonies and qualified Model occupations.
Kasta Morrely Association effectively engages in various activities offering a variety of policy tools such as: projects to promote culture and authentic art, Romanian traditions, advocacy, election observing, selection, training and promoting youth in opinion formers sector, organizing trainings, seminars, conferences, cultural artistic activities and actions, festivals, performances, events, projects and actions of human rights defense, fighting against discrimination, anticipating modern trafficking in human beings, multicultural projects, ecology and sustainable development etc.
Thanks to civic involvement and qualifications of its specialists, Kasta Morrely volunteers have won numerous national and international prizes, trophies, nominations, awards that are motivating for active participation in programs and projects of citizens’ interest.

Among the civic projects developed by Kasta Morrely Association we mention:
International training “Millennium Development Leaders, financed with support from European Commission thought Youth in Action Program, in 2010 held in Iași (Romania) with participants from Denmark, Germany, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Romania.
International training “For Successful Youth, financed with support from European Commission thought Youth in Action Program, 2010 held in Iași (Romania) with participants from: Ukraine, Turkey, Romania, Moldova, Italy, Azerbaijan, Serbia and Greece.
International training „The Woman Leader – Model of Success in Fighting against Discrimination and Violence on Women, financed with support from European Commission thought Youth in Action Program, 2009 held in Iasi (Romania) with participants from: Austria, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Romania.

International project „Multicultural Traditional Inheritances within European Identity”, financed with support from European Commission thought Youth in Action Program, 2008 held in Iaşi (Romania) with participants from: Turkey, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Romania.
